I'm a mum to two girls Hollie and Lucy. I found it hard to find a class in Dublin that incorporated music, structure, play and learning - all while having fun and keeping a very energetic toddler engaged. I had attended a Moo Music class and myself and Hollie fell in love with it. We sang the songs at home, in the car, we even got Dad, Clark into it. We saw Moo Music becoming part of daily lives. At bath time, we sing Bath Time, at dinner time, we sing Dinner Time...
What to expect at Moo
Moo Music is a great fun and interactive regular music session for 0 to 5 year old children and their parents, grandparents or childminders. We sing, dance, learn and play but most importantly have so much fun. Music is an essential part of every child’s development and the 125 original Moo Music songs used at the sessions are positive, uplifting, fun and educational. The interactive sessions will help your child gain confidence and develop memory, language and coordination skills in an exciting, enjoyable and multi-sensory way.
It’s a great way to make new friends – both for the children and the adults too! Moo Music is based around very catchy songs with clever tunes and simple yet effective lyrics. The songs are loved by children and the grown ups too. Many of the songs introduce us to types of dance while others just require us to run around. We are nice and tired by the end.
The whole session is structured playtime, but included within the sessions are some game songs which we really enjoy. Game songs are a great way to learn simple directions and commands. There is something for us to learn in every song – both physically and mentally.
Although ultimately a fun session, the team of child education specialists behind Moo Music have ensured that a wide range of basic skills are incorporated into the sessions. Children leave our sessions happy, grown ups call it the highlight of their week and even find themselves singing along to our songs at home and in the car. Our classes are suitable for ages 0-5, we have Baby Moo, Mini Moo, Mixed Moo, Messy Moo and Crafty Moo. ur Baby Moo classes will offer some one to one time with your baby, enjoying sensory play, with our catchy music, meeting new friends and watching your babies develop lots of new skills. Our Mini Moo classes will ensure your toddler has lots of interactive fun, meeting our farm characters, catching bubbles, playing instruments, singing, signing, dancing and much more. They will meet new friends and develop lots of skills in a friendly, welcoming environment. Baby Moo is suitable from newborn until pre-walking. Mini Moo is suitable for toddlers, from walking confidently until age 5. We also have a Mixed Moo classes suitable for little ones aged 0-5, great for siblings and friends of different ages to enjoy together.
